De Walterscheid aftakas PW480 is gemaakt voor intensief gebruik in landbouwmachines. Met een lengte van 1210 mm en een maximaal draaimoment van 2500 Nm levert deze as betrouwbare kracht bij 540 omw/min. De aandrijfas heeft een breekboutkoppeling die de machine beschermt bij overbelasting. De trekkerzijde heeft een profiel van 1 3/8" met 6 splines en de werktuigzijde 1 3/4" met 6 splines. Het citroenprofiel zorgt voor stille en stabiele werking. De as is voorzien van een klemsluiting met automatische treksluiting en afscherming type PG 20. Een gebruiksaanwijzing wordt meegeleverd voor veilig en goed gebruik.
