De Walterscheid aftakas PW580 met lengte 1210 mm is gemaakt voor zware aandrijving tussen trekker en werktuig. De as heeft een groothoek aan één zijde en een sterprofiel voor betrouwbare krachtoverbrenging. Aan de trekkerzijde zit een aansluiting van 1 3/8", 6 splines en aan de werktuigzijde 1 3/4", 6 splines. De sluiting werkt met een klemkegelbout en automatische treksluiting. Geschikt voor 1000 omw/min. De kruisgrootte van profiel A is 36 x 89 x 32 x 106 mm en van profiel B 36 x 89 mm. Wordt geleverd met SPGF25Z afscherming en gebruiksaanwijzing.
