De Walterscheid aftakas W2480 is een tweezijdige groothoekas met een lengte van 860 mm. De aftakas heeft aan beide zijden een 1 3/8" aansluiting met 6 splines. Deze uitvoering zorgt voor een stabiele en krachtige overbrenging, ook bij grote hoeken. De as heeft een sterprofiel met automatische treksluiting, wat het koppelen eenvoudig en veilig maakt. Geschikt voor vermogens tot 83 pk bij 1000 omw/min en 53 pk bij 540 omw/min. De kruisgrootte bedraagt 32 x 76 x 27 x 94 mm. Uitgerust met een SDF 25 afscherming en geleverd met handleiding. De aftakas type WWZ combineert stevige bouw, goede passing en betrouwbare werking.
